Be Fit Conditioning incorporates similar concepts as our CrossFit classes in regards to the pairing of movements, relative intensity, the use of functional movement and it being a class in a group setting. The differences in this class is that there are No Barbells, No Olympic Lifts, and No Maximal Loaded Lifts.
The core of this class is offering 15 min or longer duration workouts with exercises that are at their basis "conditioning movements," such as Kettlebell Swings, Squats, Sit Ups, Box Jumps, Lunges etc. This is a very inviting class that requires no introductory classes before joining and can be modified for any ability level.
This class is schedule every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10:15-11:00am and costs $100 per month
