What We Do
Every Sunday at 8:30am we meet at the practice track at UNF next to the tennis courts. Our goal is to increase your Aerobic Capacity through Lactate Threshold Training, Endurance, Speed, and Interval work. During the program you will increase your aerobic and anaerobic capacity as well as teach your body how to flush lactic acid which will help you run harder, longer.
Who It's For
Our Running Club is for anybody working to improve their Aerobic Capacity from average to advanced Runners, CrossFitters, Triathletes and more. The benefits of our program are universal to all sports.
How Does It Work?
This is an 8 week program that begins with you understanding the importance of pacing. Using your mile run as a measuring tool, we set specific times and goals for each of our workouts. Each workout is catered to you as an individual which specific times that align with your fitness level.
Running Club members will be given a password to have access to the programming. Our program will have one day of a coached workout, and a second workout for you to do throughout the week which will all be listed on this page.
